On July 31, the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system was officially launched. The spokesperson of the Beidou satellite navigation system stated that the average global positioning accuracy of the Beidou tracking system is 2.34 meters, the speed measurement accuracy is better than 0.2 m/s, and the timing accuracy is better than 20 nanoseconds. Service availability is better than 99%, China's self-constructed and independently operated global satellite navigation system is fully completed, and will provide global users with basic navigation, global short message communication, international search and rescue services.
